All the above vehicles are Cross Rail Compliant and the drivers have attended the Cross Rail Inductions and hold the necessary accreditations, along with the nationally recognized Epic card which is required by all our main contracts.
The partners have invested heavily in their own bespoke computer system and various programmes which are used in the shipping office to plan and ensure that all deliveries and orders are completed and all ticket information is correctly recorded.
The shipping office have direct contact with the tipping fleet via a hands free two way radio system linked to a tracking program which gives 90 second updates to assist us tracking and monitoring all deliveries.
Kingman Services are comprehensively insured and operate a five year replacement programme which includes all vehicles being on full R & M contracts programme with the main dealers. These are also supported by our own workshop and fitters at Johnsons Wharf, Crossways Boulevard, Greenhithe, DA9 9BT
In doing so we believe that we have minimum downtime on our fleet enabling us to reliably fulfil our obligations to our customers on time and without disruption.
We operate 24 hours per day and for regular customers there is a contact number supplied for out of hours contact should there be any adjustments or changes required.
We are Gold standard members of the Fleet Operators Recognition Scheme (FORS) supported by Transport for London (TFL) and also members of the FTA.
